  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging

  • The product does not match the description on our website

Note: Due to food safety regulations, opened tea products cannot be returned unless they are defective or contaminated.

Full Refund

Refund to your original payment method for unopened items or defective products.

Store Credit

Receive 110% of purchase value as store credit for future orders.

Exchange

Swap for a different tea at no additional cost (excluding price differences).

Replacement

Free replacement for damaged or defective items shipped at our expense.

Shipping Costs

  • Defective or wrong items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • International returns: Customer covers shipping; duties and taxes are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened tea products (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
